Miley Cyrus in Emilio Pucci (two piece)

Miley Cyrus supported her boyfriend, Liam Hemsworth, at the Los Angeles Red Carpet premier of the long awaited movie The Hunger Games. I know can't wait until it comes out!! Miley turned heads in a black two piece Emilio Pucci dress and sky high Christian Louboutin heels. Since this two piece dress had its debut this spring it has been a hot item.

As always, Miley Cyrus fired up mixed reviews on her outfit. Some people called it "trashy" and "skimpy." I personally think it's cute. She's not showing too much stomach and what she is showing up top is balanced out by what she's not showing down below. It's a perfect outfit for the weather. I personally don't like the color. I think that if she wore this in white it would have been much more youthful.

I'm not a fan of these Christian Louboutin heels Miley wore. I think they're ugly. Plain and simple. I can't think of any other way to put it, which is strange since I generally like Christian Louboutin.

Sofia Black D'elia

I don't know how many of you guys watched MTV Skins before it was canceled because of overbearing suburban moms' and MTV selling out. (Read more about that HERE.) The show was real good, check it out on Netflix (the swearing, btw, is literally bleeped out. That takes a lot out of it.) Anyways, one of my favorite characters was Tea, played by Sofia Black D'elia. Aside from Michelle, she had some style. So I decided to make a Polyvore on it. This look is casual yet tough but it still has the feminine edge. I love fold over combat boots paired with a leather jacket. V-neck shirts are also more attention grabbing than plain T-shirts, and if you wear boots, skinny jeans are a must.

Spring is near

My favorite season is just a blink away. I'm not even looking forward to spring break. I'm looking forward to spring as a whole. Feminine flowy clothes, mix-matching textures, print and warm weather. It's perfect; right in between the freezing cold and the scalding heat we get this grace period, so, let's take advantage of it! There are a few trends I'm excited to try this spring.

Socks and boots are a perfect combination for spring, especially with a pair of shorts or a high waisted skirt. It's nice for the spring weather, try doing that in summer.

Mini dresses and blazers work well in spring. Think about minimal layering. Spring is about shedding the bulky winter layers and showing your style. This look is flirty and cute but still covered up for the spring. This look is casual yet chic. This is also a day meets night look. Turn the look above into a night look by throwing on some heels, a nice clutch and shimmer.

Soft lace and grunge boots balance that girly yet tough look. Lace, no matter what you pair it with, is soft and ultra feminine. However, when you pair it with boots, grunge-y layers or accessories it creates a nice put together but totally laid back look. A lot of times this trend looks very boho which is a step up when the summer comes.

Kylie Bisutti steps down from Victoria's Secret

Apparently Kylie Bisutti who had previously won a Victoria's Secret model search and did runway recently quit. Simple as that, she quit. She said she's reserving her body for her husband and modeling conflicts with her Christian beliefs. She's standing by something she believes in; props for her.
